PET POLICY

Dogs and cats are welcome! Breed restrictions apply. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Fees include a non refundable, $300 pet deposit for a single animal, or $450 pet deposit for two animals. Pet rent is $40 per pet monthly. Pets residing in the apartment must be included on the rental application and lease.

Restricted Breeds: There are no weight restrictions, but the following dog breeds are prohibited: Dobermans, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Bull Mastiffs, Great Danes, Chows, German Shepherds, Akitas, Malamutes, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Yankee Terriers, and Wolf Hybrids. These breeds or any mixture are not allowed.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour. 

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
